InfoTeK represents many small businesses in the Federal Contracting community with aspirations to win a NSETS III contract with the National Security Agency (NSA).

Challenges
Many IT companies have to prepare proposal submissions that balance highly complex technical details with an approachable narrative that makes sense to non-expert evaluators. Our team had to create a submission that provided such a balance within a strict page limit. We worked with the CEO and writing teams to create a winning proposal that provided the information that technical experts required while appealing to decision-makers not familiar with the intricate technical solutions discussed.

Global Services worked directly with the CEO and President to develop a schedule and implement a proposal management plan that allowed the entire team to participate while ensuring timely submission of a winning proposal.
We developed compliant outlines to structure Team ITK’s response, and facilitated multiple content planning sessions to ensure that the writing, though technically complex, clearly and consistently communicated Team ITK’s major Win Themes.
Global Services’ management and consistent communication with the team made the proposal process easier to execute. Team members knew their roles and responsibilities throughout the iterative writing, review, and recovery processes, even as government updates to the RFP required mid-flight course adjustments.
Global Services guided the team through multiple Color Team Reviews in order to capture and correct any deficiencies and to create clear, compelling proposal content. In addition, we provided support with text editing, graphic design/development, and Desktop Publishing.
